Plan with two stable 48 × 30-inch low picnic tables end to end: a 96 × 30-inch run, five children on each long side, with the short ends clear. These are planning dimensions, not measurements taken from the image. Test seating height and ten full place settings before hiring. Do not balance loose boards on crates.

Lay two 80 × 80-inch mats end to end for a 160 × 80-inch footprint. Center the 96 × 30-inch table run: 32 inches at each short end and 25 inches along each long side for cushions. Keep the join flat beneath the table and walking routes clear. Test the actual cushions and table height before packing; waterproof backing does not make the setup sand-free.

Four clear, stable PET vessels, approximately 4–5 inches tall, hold three 9-inch Ling’s moment sprays each. Use 12 of the 18 sprays; keep six spare. Each spray contains several branches: do not count those branches as separate purchased stems.

One 9-inch navy-striped paper plate, white napkin, gold plastic fork and spoon, and clear reusable plastic cup. Lunch and cake need separate plates. The child service is counted below; parent numbers still need confirmation.

Make two seafoam card sailboats using the supplied fold-and-glue hull, triangular sail and short paper-straw mast. They are tabletop models, not water toys. Keep them packed if the wind lifts paper; collect every offcut.

After decorating, one adult organizes small supervised flying groups while another takes photographs. Confirm permission and suitable wind first. If flying is unsuitable, photograph each child holding their decorated kite, then save the launch for another day.

Confirm heat, wind, tide, shade and the park’s day-use closing time. Move or postpone if conditions defeat the setup. Keep edges flat and paths clear; the mats do not substitute for shade.

Plan adult chairs, water, toilets and a clear route from parking. Decide who supervises children near the water while other adults handle food and kites.

The printed adventure cards and a kite portrait preserve the birthday moment without a windy group launch. Nobody needs to fly all ten kites at once.

Confirm the adult count, park permission, tide/weather plan, accessible route, toilets and approved shade. If the planned installation is not permitted, choose an approved site before purchasing event-specific supplies.

Assemble and fly one kite exactly as instructed. Test a second if it fails. Rehearse a place setting, plate strength and vessel stability. Unfold the mats and rehearse the join and cushion clearance. Check seams, backing and the care label before packing.

Make two boats, prepare 10 named kite kits, count plates and service into separate lunch/cake bundles. Pack flowers and cups upright, markers capped, food chilled separately. Keep two tested spare kites accessible.

Check conditions before unloading. Lay the two mats on clean, level sand in the agreed area, with a flat join beneath the tables. Center the stable tables and add cushions. Keep accessible walking routes clear; relocate if mat edges lift or conditions are unsuitable. Place four low vessels and two boats, then ten settings.

Run two marker stations with an adult available to help. Let ink dry; pack craft supplies before serving food. Keep original spars, tails and bridle unchanged.

Fly only in a clear permitted area under adult supervision, away from roads, overhead lines and people. Wind all strings before handing kites to parents. Check the beach for fragments and take all decoration home. Shake sand off the mats, clean according to the care label and dry fully before folding.

Spread three intact sprays per vessel. Bend stems to fit instead of cutting where possible; any cut wire is enclosed before use. Keep the flowers below seated faces and the base stable.

The artificial version needs no water. For fresh baby’s breath, use the separately priced fresh-flower recipe and watertight PET vessels; do not put fresh stems in a dry vase.
